We Interrupt This Broadcast

My Internet has bitten the dust. I’m over at my mother’s house right now.

It looks like it will be a few days before I’m online again, so I want to leave you with a question: How is it that you can call your ISP (One of Canada’s biggest; they rent DVDs, too) with a technical support question, and get three different answers from three different people, but no solutions?

I am looking for a new ISP.
